Return Process:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Request a Return: Please contact us at indianfrill2024@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
